2005-04-20 Well let’s see what happening this week? Well it’s blow job week at our house but that doesn’t always add up to blow jobs, I mean a fella has to be somewhat sensitive to his wife’s abrupt mood swings or unreasonable behaviors. Ok Ok I’m just funnin’ ya actually my wife is fair reasonable during her period and I really have nothing to complain about. However she’s had quite the headache, backache and upset tummy this time around so while she’d likely be willing to help me out I wouldn’t feel right to prevail upon her in that manner. In all honesty though I will admit if she started to “help herself” to my goodies when I wasn’t paying attention I’d not be stopping her either hehe. So let me ask you this. If a feller you’d been sleeping with on a regular basis oh lets call him your husband, has been to known to like to set the mood rather than just jump on and jump off quick before bedtime would happen to have made the bed with clean sheets, had the windows open for a gentle breeze, candles lit, freshly showered and blow dried, double shaved for that oh so very smooth jaw line and cheek, scented himself with a favorite watermelonie cologne and was lying naked on top of the covers waiting for you to come to bed, would you think perhaps he had ulterior motives that night? (woohoo new record for super long run on sentence for me) Well heck of course I did, … er … I mean of course you would think he would right? Hehe I can foretell a smack in the arm for sharing that wee blooper with you all. Got asked in an email about where I got the leather strap in the picture at the top of the page. Truth be told I made that, not for us but someone else. I like to make stuff ;) all sorts of stuff. And nope we haven’t used anything like that ourselves but we’re curious, which is why I was asking about you all felt about spankings and such. We’ve played with floggers (before you ask yes I make them too) not suede or leather ones for us (yes again I make the leather ones too) but soft nylon ones that feel like a being beat with a pony tail. Not painful at all, but soft and a bit thuddy, very nice actually. So anyone that would like to share their experiences along these lines we’d be more than happy to hear about them. Or if you’ve already posted at some point we’d love a link back to that entry. Next on the list what do we look like? Well due to the nature of the diary we’re not going to post our pictures here. But if you really want to know about me check my yahoo profile for a recent one of me and my wife has pre-approved several for me to share out but none of them are risqué in the slightest. A few of you have already seen my wife (cute ain’t she ;) I’m such a lucky guy) I’m more along the big hairy sasquatch lines of a guy, so no 20’s something hairless guy with six pack abs here. Although I can sling a deep freeze up and around pretty good. Been known to pick up small cars (well just 1 end) and a few other really heavy silly things just because I can. Basically we’re real people. My last Q&A entry has more details. An on a completely separate train of thought I want to thank you all for such a huge and favorable response to this diary. I wasn’t hesitant about writing about my/our sex life here as I was doing it for us not for everyone else so the response wasn’t anything I was worried about. But with the exception of one comment in the guestbook I’ve had nothing but good. Hehe there was a couple of messages I wasn’t sure how to take so I took them as a good thing. As a male writer of a sex diary it’s been more than I expected, both from this community at Diaryland plus the emails & notes I get from people outside of here too that I never even thought I would have writing me. So again thank you! My favorite position? Two actually, I like being ridden, Woohoo ride em cowgirl. And her kneeling on the edge of the bed and me standing and entering her from behind. Heck I like to watch and I get to watch all sorts of fun stuff from both those positions. Plus they feel really good. My wife’s favorite position is me standing and entering her from behind. So we tend to end up that way a lot during our “routine” love making. Yay us wheeeeeee. So anyone else appalled at the low quality/high price of sex toys that are being fobbed off on us? Paying a high prices and getting high quality is one thing and there are manufacturers doing that. But the regular line of junk/crap we find in the majority of our local sex shops amazes me. If regular life merchandise was made so shoddily and at such a high price they’d be driven out of business but just because they are sex related we tolerate them or are to embarrassed to push the issue. A good example of that is one local and fairly large shop here in town with a good reputation we went by had a selection of leather gear. Yay us but after looking at the quality and price of the stuff we said to hell with it (yep I actually swore even). So a bit of research and pricing later (I already did leatherwork and had wholesale accounts set up) I found that the $50’ish cuffs they were selling had about $6 worth of material and $7 of labor so you figure $13 overhead from $50 price with a couple of middlemen isn’t unreasonable. But they were CRAP quality. The $13 I priced was for nothing but the best leather and hardware and hand sewn to boot. So needless to say my wife’s Valentines day gift of leather goodies was entirely crafted by yours truly. Seems there are other people with the same issues so I make a few items now and then for other folks too these days. Don’t even get me started on the whole line of jel vibes and dildos that break down, wear out and generally don’t last more than a couple months or so. And yep I priced out making a real good quality silicone vibe too. They too have an astounding markup and even more so considering the crap quality. Nope I haven’t started my own line of silicone dildos and vibes but I’m half seriously considering it. This all kind of sort of ties in with my real life work and education so I’m kind of ideally suited to go ahead with something like this. Hehe won’t make as much money at the end of the year as my real job who knows I could just be wishful dreaming here too. Although if you want a hard to find leather item or two let me know I might be able to hook you up cheaper than you could buy it for at a sex shop type place. Hmm now there is a fun idea, making sex toys for a living. I’m thinking the product testing and market research would be a blast. Talk about your fringe benefits and job jerks eh? Next thing out of this jumble of a thought process is my diary layout. Well for starters I’m a minimalist so I like function over form so everything should work and everything should be uncluttered. Besides that I get bored easy so I change it every couple weeks or so just because. If you ever want to use one of my layouts heck go for it, they are so straight forward don’t even worry about an authors credit just use it in good health. If you happen to design layouts I’d love to showcase some of them time to time with a big ole “Design by” credit stuck somewhere very noticeable. Another oddball thought. Does knowing a guy you don’t know is getting himself off do anything for you ladies? I figure (heck I’m very sure actually) that if the guy is someone you’re involved with and he’s getting himself off for you that’s one thing. But guys are funny looking with pokey out bits and we make weird noises and faces. Not sure if that’s all that attractive or not to you ladies. I’d think not but I could be wrong. Bedtime here so I’m off to the shower for a really good soaping up maybe a bit of lathering and then wish me luck hehe. Nite all!
